I'm currently enrolled in a Master of Arts in Writing program in South Carolina. This post is just to convey how perfect of an environment it is for me. Not only have I met so many smart and friendly students and professors, but have already made friends that are helping me grow as a writer, thinker, and creator. It feels so refreshing to be in a space that pushes me intellectually, imaginatively, and poetically. If you feel an inkling of a desire to have a creative space postgraduate but are afraid to make the leap, this is your sign to do it. Find yourself a grad school program that allows you to have a couple years to grow: like a seed turns to a flower, we have the power to become.
